Marketing Director Role

Our team is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for creating and launching a 360° plan that spans digital, social, CRM, partnerships, PR, and analogue channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer the brand compass by crafting and launching a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Champion sustainability by incorporating eco-values into every campaign.
  • Keep guests at the heartwood by dreaming up playful activations and loyalty moments.
  • Run the multichannel treehouse by balancing paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Nurture media & mates by building relationships with journalists, creators, and local legends.
  • Decide with data by tracking performance, testing, tweaking, and pruning for growth.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years leading marketing for lifestyle hotels, hospitality groups, or experience-driven brands.
  • Sharp strategic mind paired with hands-on hustle.
  • Storytelling flair, presentation confidence, and a knack for rallying partners around a single idea.
  • Calm juggling of deadlines without dropping good humour.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and talent for weaving eco-values into every campaign.
