As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering engineering design and support for communications systems, products, and ancillaries for various Australian and international customers across current acquisition and support programs. You will also support future business growth opportunities.

Your work will involve the system delivery of allocated projects throughout the system lifecycle, from bid and proposal to requirements and sustainment. Additionally, this role requires technical analysis and testing of communications systems across the RF spectrum on multiple platforms and domains.

You are expected to conduct tasks as allocated through the system lifecycle, develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements, provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver system projects as per allocated timelines.

- Develop customized solutions based on customer needs.

- Provide technical guidance to internal and external parties.

Requirements:

- A degree in Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia.

- No more than 2 years of postgraduate engineering experience.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance (AGSVA NV1).
