Job Description

Our team provides tax advisory services to clients across various industries. We are a dynamic and fun group that works on significant transactions in the Australian market.

We seek a Senior Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join our team – someone with experience working with corporate clients, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structuring of inbound investment structures, focusing on taxation of trusts and managed investment trusts
  • Tax due diligence and transaction document review
  • Assisting clients with tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing trust and company tax returns
  • Researching and analysing technical tax issues
  • Correspondence with the ATO and FIRB on transaction-related matters
  • Supporting business development initiatives and proposals
  • Mentoring, developing and leading teams
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

  • Transactional experience as a tax professional
  • A proven track record of client service with strong relationships
  • Strong tax technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members
