Are you passionate about driving client success and growth in the debt markets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a debt markets specialist.

As a key member of our debt markets team, you will be responsible for analysing complex financial information, developing innovative solutions, and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, economics or a related field, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior and junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on debt raising transactions, including pitching and transaction materials;
  • Assisting throughout the debt raising process, meeting with management, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing insightful analysis;
  • Performing market research and analysis for new transaction ideas and presenting findings to senior team members;
  • Preparing written reports for debt valuations and capital structuring reviews;
  • Collaborating with other teams across Strategy and Transactions to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients;

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Experience in a similar debt advisory role or in corporate/investment banking;
  • A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics (relevant post-graduate qualifications advantageous);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively;
  • Understanding of industry dynamics, client needs, and the capital markets broadly;
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively with senior and junior team members.
