Expert Payroll Implementation Consultant

This role bridges the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex payroll challenges. You will guide clients through transformation phases of a payroll implementation.
Main Responsibilities:- Gain expertise in payroll design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Recommend solutions based on client requirements, adapting scope as needed.
- Facilitate configuration decisions, understanding unique business needs at all project stages.
- Support clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to payroll.
- Perform multiple tasks with limited direction, keeping clients and team members informed of progress.
- Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations between payroll systems and client-selected providers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Prior payroll experience preferred.
- 2+ years of payroll functional implementation experience highly desired.
- 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience preferred.
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical solutions under deadlines.
- Minimal travel required, but willingness to travel on-site if needed.
