Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise shifts and maintain guest expectations
  • Provide leadership and support to all staff
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
  • Recommend and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency and productivity
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Valid QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent cocktail and beverage knowledge
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment
