Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist clinical pharmacy and medication management services to our patients.

They will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and comprehensive clinical pharmacy services are delivered.

The ideal candidate will have excellent supervision and feedback skills, and be able to oversee and guide the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement.

They will also provide education and training inside and outside the pharmacy department, and act as a subject matter expert on relevant working groups and committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Pharmacist
  • Current Victorian public hospital pharmacy experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
