Our Healthcare Team is Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist

We are currently seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical pharmacy services to patients across various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Generalist Clinical Pharmacy Services: You will provide high-quality generalist clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and patient education.
  • Supervising and Guiding Pharmacy Interns: You will oversee and guide the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Education and Training: You will design and deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals and patients, promoting optimal medication use and safety.
  • Leadership and Representation: You will act as a subject matter expert and representative of our pharmacy department, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced Degree: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Clinical Experience: Significant experience in clinical pharmacy practice, preferably in a hospital or community setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy principles and practices, including pharmacology, therapeutics, and patient assessment.
