We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, form lasting relationships, and further enhance your venue and people management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement menu plans in consultation with our culinary team.

• Plan and organize functions and events to ensure seamless execution.

• Manage the purchasing and pricing of goods to meet budgetary requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.

• Ensure dining facilities meet health and safety regulations and are clean, functional, and visually appealing.

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gauge the quality of our meals and service.

• Select, train, supervise, and roster wait, bar, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service.

• Greet customers, take reservations, and take orders as required.

• Collaborate with management to promote our restaurant and develop marketing strategies.

**Requirements:**

• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

• Proven experience in all key responsibilities listed above.

• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

• A strong work ethic and flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, weekends, and nights.

• Experience in supervising and training staff.

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
