Restaurant Manager Opportunity at Crown Hotel Traralgon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Crown Hotel Traralgon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our dining operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu planning and implementation in consultation with our culinary team
  • Function planning and organization to ensure seamless events
  • Purchasing and pricing of goods within budget
  • Stock level management and financial transaction recording
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health regulations compliance
  • Customer satisfaction assessment and feedback
  • Staff supervision, training, and rostering
  • Greeting customers, taking reservations, and orders
  • Restaurant promotion and associated activities

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar, and a minimum of 2 years' experience, or more than three years' industry experience in a similar role
  • Experience in all responsibilities listed above
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Solid work ethic and flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Experience in supervising and training staff
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
