Luxury Sales Specialist

As a Luxury Sales Specialist at Vendito, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued clients, driving repeat purchases and ensuring a seamless client experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our vibrant team in Sydney as a Premium Account Manager. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will work towards personal and team sales targets and goals, consistently striving for success and excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional computer skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury design industry. With a proven sales and customer service background, you will deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and provide comprehensive product knowledge.
We offer a competitive base salary of $95,000 - $115,000 + super + uncapped commission (potential earnings of $30,000 in commission), plus a $15k car allowance or fully maintained company car. You will also have access to tools of the trade, including an iPhone and MacBook Pro, empowering you with the latest technology to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers, driving repeat purchases.
- Liaising with procurement, finance, and our warehouse to ensure a seamless client experience and sales process.
- Working towards personal and team sales targets and goals, consistently striving for success.
- Conducting client outreach through appointment setting, maximizing our reach and impact.
- Showcasing a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to provide comprehensive product knowledge.
- Self-motivation and a driven attitude to absorb a diverse range of products, continuously expanding your expertise.
- Demonstrating a proven sales and customer service background, delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
