Steel Fabricator/Welder Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team. This is a fundamental role in the ongoing success of our business, and you will be working alongside a friendly and hardworking team who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Custom fabrication of windows and doors with a focus on quality and precision
  • The use of oxyfuel cutting for straightening complex lock boxes and other shapes
  • Rolling steel for arch-shaped windows, doors, and mirrors
  • Computer-aided drafting (CAD) for laser cutting
  • Product design and development with onsite drafting teams
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in metal fabrication
  • TIG welding
  • MIG welding
Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to pick up tasks quickly
  • Attention to detail with a focus on time management
  • Comfortable taking direction from management while also having the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Neat and tidy presentation
