Food and Beverage Team Lead


We are seeking a professional and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team.

The role involves Morning Breakfast/Lunch: setting up and packing down breakfast buffet, clearing tables, serving a-la-carte lunch, Evening Dinner: serving a-la-carte with a focus on high level attentive service, Conferences and events: setting up and packing down rooms, assisting with buffet lunch service, setting up break catering, and Room Service Delivery.

About You:

  • You should have 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a similar environment (hotel, conference venue, restaurant).
  • Able to carry 3 plates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quick moving environment.
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and going above and beyond.
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of grooming standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills, including fluent English.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

  • Supervisor / Team Leader (preferred).

Licence/Certification:
