Leadership Role: Food and Beverage Team Leader

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams within the fast-paced food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Manager in ensuring seamless execution of policies and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times, handling inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Take reservations, greet customers, and present menus and beverage lists.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for beverages and dishes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure accurate ordering, serving, and clearing of tables.
  • Process payments and operate point-of-sale machines with ease.
  • Remain visible on the floor during peak periods, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Fundraising Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fine dining restaurant setting and completion of food and beverage service training, preferably diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role and environment.
  • CURRENT NSW RSA License required.
  • Detailed knowledge of wines and beverages, as well as coffee-making skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
