We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our CRO division as Business Growth Strategist. In this leadership role, you will lead a dedicated team, drive strategic growth initiatives, and secure new clinical research opportunities through a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach.
About the Role:- Actively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in alignment with corporate growth strategy.
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, from initial contact through to contract execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales within a CRO.
- Demonstrated success in securing small to mid-scale clinical trial contracts and achieving sales targets.
