The Opportunity:

Seeking an exceptional Aviation Maintenance Repair & Operations Manager to lead a world-class Air Combat Electronic Attack (ACEA) Sustainment Program supporting the RAAF F/A-18F & EA-18G Aircraft fleet.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and management to a Part 145 Maintenance Team ensuring team safety, harmony, technical development, authorisation, training obligations, and personal welfare are promoted.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Maintenance and/or Engineering in an Aviation discipline.
  • Experience in managing technical personnel within a CASA or DASA accredited organisation.
  • Defence experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Essential Criteria:

  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
  • Meet Defence Security Requirements with the ability to progress to Negative Vetting 1.
