We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Hanes Australasia. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store visual experiences that drive sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Merchandising Execution: Ensure consistent and high-quality visual merchandising standards across our retail stores, aligning with our brand's creative vision.
- Store Support and Coaching: Provide on-the-ground support and coaching to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional visual merchandising experiences.
- Visual Merchandising Planning: Work closely with our State/Area Managers and Store Managers to plan and execute visual merchandising opportunities that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report back to our Visual Merchandising Manager on store standards, compliance, and areas for improvement.
- Previous Retail Experience: Proven experience in a retail management or visual merchandising role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Visual Merchandising Expertise: Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging store experiences.
- Communication and Coaching Skills: Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively with store staff at all levels.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to work at pace in a highly autonomous role, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
