Retrofit Assessor

1st Select, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to conduct Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties in the South West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking an Energy report, Condition report, Occupancy assessment, Assessment photos, and RdSAP XML.

The Role:

1. Conduct on-site assessments using a handheld device.
2. Liaise with customers to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of assessments.

Essential Requirements:

1. Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with experience conducting energy assessments in domestic properties.
2. Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience conducting whole house assessments.
