About the Role1st Select, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to conduct Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties in the South West. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Undertaking Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) with data inputs
- Conducting Condition Reports and Occupancy Assessments
- Assessing properties using handheld devices
- Liaising with customers to schedule appointments
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) certification
- Experience conducting energy assessments in domestic properties
- Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience conducting whole-house assessments
