Main Responsibilities
  1. Greet and Assist Guests
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they depart.
  • Persoally greet VIPs, Loyalty Members, repeat guests, and handle special requests.
Anticipate and Meet Guest Needs
  • Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, tailoring services to create a personalised and memorable experience.
  • Arrange special amenities, book activities, or manage dining reservations as needed.
Collaborate with Hotel Departments
  • Work closely with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge teams to ensure guest requests and expectations are met consistently.
  • Provide daily updates on VIP and Loyalty Members' movements.
Record and Analyse Guest Interactions
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Report insights and recommendations for service improvements to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
