Clinical Support Specialist
About the RoleAs a skilled professional, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative solutions for the health sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our portfolio and creating cutting-edge computer-assisted coding products.
Main Responsibilities- You will work collaboratively with our team to design and implement Health Information Systems (HIS) products that cater to the Australian healthcare industry's needs.
- Travel requirements include interstate and intrastate journeys as needed.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Health Information Management is essential.
- Significant experience working with ICD-10-AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper is required.
- Strong proficiency in electronic medical record systems is necessary.
- You should possess the ability to design processes aligned with software functionality.
- Confident group presentation skills are expected.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is viewed favorably.
