Job Description:

Be Part of a Dynamic Team

We are seeking a Performance & Planning Lead to join our team in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

This role will provide advice and consult on a broad range of strategy and initiatives to encourage performance improvement through innovation.

As a key member of our team, you will support the execution and delivery of strategy and business as usual through data evaluation and visualisation, performance monitoring and benchmarking, insights and recommendations.

This role requires strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to describe relationships between strategic and operational elements.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating and presenting outcomes through effective stakeholder management and relationships.

Additionally, you will have high degree of business acumen, with the ability to interpret requirements and deliver within a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and consult on a broad range of strategy and initiatives
  • Support the execution and delivery of strategy and business as usual
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • RG146 superannuation or equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in facilitation and presentation
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines
