Job Title: Harvesting Operative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Harvesting Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recovery of recyclable materials and processing them for resale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recovery of recyclable materials from various sources
  • Process recovered materials for resale, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues affecting the efficiency of the processing line
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including sweeping, raking, and lifting

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • A current driver's license and own transportation are highly desirable due to limited public transport options
  • The ability to safely complete physical and manual tasks is crucial
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to interpret safety signs
