Mobile Maintenance Team Leader

This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient maintenance of mobile equipment at our mine site.

  • Lead the team to achieve optimal maintenance results
  • Verify maintenance data for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with the maintenance planner to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Provide guidance and support to team members

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in managing teams and mentoring supervisors.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about development and has a proven ability to guide teams towards excellence. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of underground mining equipment and be familiar with maintenance planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote workforce planning, including involvement in recruitment and resource allocation
  • Oversee the performance, wellbeing, and development of team members
  • Manage performance issues, conduct investigations, and lead disciplinary processes as required
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance across all maintenance activities
Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in mobile maintenance operations, preferably within a large team environment
