Early Learning Leader

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, build relationships with families, and engage with local communities. Your expertise will be valued as you support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time fixed term position from March 2025 to September 2025.
  • The centre is located on Moules Road and provides much-needed care for local families.
  • The centre is licensed for 89 children and our early learning programs cater to each child's stage of development, from six weeks of age to Preschool-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Use and implement best practice guides.
