Senior Centre Manager Role

The Senior Centre Manager role is a high-impact position that demands exceptional leadership and management expertise.

About the Position:

  • Lead and develop your own centre, shaping the future of early learning professionals.
  • Deliver a bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
  • Foster and motivate a talented team of early learning specialists, sharing knowledge and driving a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Work with your team to create a strategic plan for your centre, building the attendance pipeline and sustaining a revenue-generating business.

About Our Requirements:

  • We seek an exceptional and experienced Senior Centre Manager who can transform a Working Toward rating to a Meeting or Exceeding service by the end of the year.
  • We are located just 5 minutes outside of Elizabeth in a fast-growing area, with a purpose-built, 85-place centre currently 80% occupied.
  • We offer an interactive and experience-based centre (12 acres of land) and are fortunate to have a variety of native animals on our doorstep.
  • We are looking for a leader who can establish and maintain strong connections within the community.
