Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Bus Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bus services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to passenger queries regarding services, transport connections, local attractions, and ticketing;
  • Monitoring and coordinating bus services in accordance with approved timetables;
  • Ensuring seamless connectivity between bus services and other Transperth services as per approved timetables;
  • Providing driver support and assistance when required;

About You

As a successful candidate, you will possess your own reliable transportation, hold a valid license, deliver outstanding customer service, make swift and practical decisions, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, a clear telephone manner, and comprehensive knowledge of the metropolitan area and bus networks. Additionally, they must be able to obtain a Working with Children card.
