About the Role

As a Bus Operations Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering structured onboarding procedures to bus drivers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing practical bus driver induction training programs
  • Creating an on-the-job training program for probationary driving personnel
  • Conducting periodic Verification of Competency (VOC) examinations and Refresher Training to ensure safety standards are met
  • Supporting driving personnel in achieving improvement objectives and promoting a safe culture within the driving group
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Bus/Coach driving capabilities and expertise
  • Minimum Certificate III Training & Assessment or equivalent
  • Western Australian HR Driver's License
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment
