The Opportunity

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of our marketing team, engaging with stakeholders from across the organisation and providing trusted advice to support each business unit in achieving their objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing Materials Management
    • Update graphics and marketing collateral in line with our visual style guide
    • Organise the supply and distribution of marketing materials with suppliers and printers
  • Event Management
    • Partner with Business Managers to support event management for a range of business development and client entertainment opportunities
    • Coordinate events with third party suppliers, vendors and venues
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team
    • Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals

About You

We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment. You will bring:

  • A collaborative approach; you intrinsically communicate project progress and milestone completion within your team
  • Pride in your organisational skills; your attention to detail is second to none
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment with an understanding of business structure will make it easier to step into this role seamlessly
  • Working knowledge of Adobe suite, with an interest in working with InDesign
  • Appreciation for visual brand and penchant for working within visual brand guidelines
