Our National Clients & Markets team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to provide marketing, administrative, and operational support to help the team complete daily tasks and execute national initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily tasks related to our website, intranet, and customer relationship management system.
  • Coordinate updates to staff profiles, resumes, and job credentials.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external events and conferences.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Clients & Markets Partner and broader team.
  • Act as a liaison between our national offices and the team, fielding general inquiries and providing support to ensure brand compliance.
  • Support team projects such as the development of marketing materials, templates, and reports.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience with a relevant education in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • An interest in marketing and strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, with a mindset to constantly learn and show initiative.
