Leadership Role for Client-Facing Supervisor

The role of a supervisor/manager is to lead a team, mentor junior staff members and provide exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tax planning, advisory, and compliance services for group structures and family groups
  • Managing a team, including mentoring and development of junior staff members
  • Work-in-Progress (WIP) management and compliance services at a high level
  • Client-facing meetings with clients

A successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role within an Australian accounting firm. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.

We value highly organized, motivated, and driven individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional results. A Chartered Accountant/ Certified Practising Accountant qualification and Australian citizenship are requirements for this role.
