**Job Overview:**

This is a senior role for an experienced civil engineer who can provide leadership and strategic direction to our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in stormwater management, flood control, and TUFLOW software.

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously with minimal supervision, build relationships with clients and local councils, and contribute to the growth of our consultancy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, preferably with Chartered registration or working towards it. Experience with TUFLOW software and a degree in civil engineering or a related field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and influence the strategic direction of the team
  • Contribute to the development of business strategy and goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and local councils
  • Work on complex projects requiring expertise in stormwater management and flood control

Requirements:

  • Australian or New Zealand permanent resident
  • TUFLOW experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Degree and Chartered registration or working towards it
