About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator and Data Analyst to join our team. In this influential position, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing sales performance data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and efforts. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify trends, forecast future sales, and optimize sales processes.

This role requires a high level of expertise in Salesforce configuration changes, including custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a data custodian, ensuring accurate, secure, and accessible data for analysis and optimization.
  • Manage customized Salesforce sub-systems, including Quote, Lead Management, and CRM-Analytics (Revenue Intelligence).
  • Implement continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities for scalable best practices.
  • Design and create reports to support executive decision-making and business units.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver intelligence from the Salesforce platform.
  • Support sales team education and training on effective Salesforce use.
  • Develop dashboards and management reporting for GTM leadership, finance, and the Advanced Navigation Board.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience as a lead Salesforce admin, sales, or data analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
