**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back of House Manager at JD Sports Australia. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of inventory, deliveries, and stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate efficient inventory management, including priority processing of deliveries and managing stock levels.
  • Lead daily and weekly Back of House walk-throughs with the Store Manager to ensure team members are trained in store security and loss prevention policies.
  • Provide direction to the Back of House team on daily priorities and manage stock deliveries to achieve a 24-hour door-to-floor period.
  • Ensure maximum stock availability through effective management of replenishment systems.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing stock, including faulty items and negative stock.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies on a weekly basis.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-turnover, large-format fashion retailer.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience managing a team and providing guidance and feedback.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
