Team Leadership Role

This leadership position is a great opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who have experienced trauma.

You will be responsible for providing guidance and oversight to a team of counsellors, ensuring they provide high-quality services to their clients. The role also involves working directly with adults and children who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault, providing assessments, crisis counselling, and ongoing support.

  • Please note that applicable vaccination requirements apply to this role, as well as a current Working With Children Check.
  • AHPRA registration or a social work degree, along with eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), are essential qualifications for this position.
  • A valid NSW drivers licence is also required.
