">Job Description:
">- We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Domestic Family Violence and Sexual Assault Service.
- The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated professionals providing care and support to individuals affected by domestic and family violence, sexual assault, and problematic behaviours.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable people.
Responsibilities:
">- Lead assessments, crisis, and ongoing counselling with adults and children who have experienced trauma related to domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
- Provide clinical and line management oversight and guidance to Counsellors, ensuring timely, effective, high-quality therapeutic services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to service development and quality improvements.
Requirements:
">- Degree in Social Work or Psychology and full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for AASW membership.
- Extensive direct clinical experience in psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counselling, risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, psychoeducation, report writing, group work, and court support.
- Ability to provide clinical and line management oversight and guidance to Counsellors.
