Facilities Management Expert

The Facilities Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the built assets across designated campuses are compliant, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Lead facilities operations to guarantee compliance, safety, and maintenance of built assets.
- Direct a team of in-house trades, administrators, and contractors; oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
- Contribute to strategic asset management and delivery of minor capital works projects.
- Be accountable for risk management and system performance across critical healthcare infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities services in a complex healthcare environment.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams is essential.
- A sound understanding of compliance and risk management in healthcare or other complex facilities environments is required.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills are necessary, along with a customer-focused approach aligned to Epworth's values.
- Experience managing asset management, maintenance programs, and budgets is highly valued.
- Healthcare or aged care experience is preferred, but leaders from other complex facilities environments are encouraged to apply.
