About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to define and build client relationships in the fast-growing crypto & blockchain industry.

You will take ownership & lead in identifying, pitching, and managing institutional leads. You will have the opportunity to craft and tailor your products, bringing traditional financial services products to crypto.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to institutional client leads;
  • Understanding client needs and pitching relevant products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody and staking;
  • Representing our institution at conferences, increasing awareness of our business products and services;
  • Conducting community reach activities, attending crypto community gatherings, meetings to expand and deepen our footprint;
  • Researching market & competitor trends in the crypto space;
  • Drafting and closing client or partnership agreements;
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with clients, keeping track of feedback, and recommending product improvements.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of new clients onboarded;
  • Volume of client transactions;
  • Revenue generated.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales;
  • 1+ years experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker;
  • Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody and staking;
  • A network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space that includes hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, HFT, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, as well as clients seeking custody solutions;
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
