Cafe Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team in Winston Hills area, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean workspace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast-paced cafe environments, with the ability to multitask and prepare high-quality beverages efficiently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Prepare premium coffee and other beverages for customers
  • - Assist with light food preparation for orders
  • - Serve customers promptly and pack orders accurately
  • - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including displays and fridges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - 3 years of experience as a barista (highly preferred)
  • - 3 years of customer service experience (highly preferred)
  • - Full Driver Licence (preferred)
  • - Work Authorisation in Australia (required)
