We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Back of House Workers, and Kitchen Staff. If you have a love for exceptional customer service, and a knack for creating delicious culinary delights, we want to hear from you

**Position: Kitchen Staff**

As a member of our Kitchen Staff, you'll play a crucial role in delivering delicious and freshly prepared food to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items according to Durks Cafe's recipes and standards
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Managing inventory and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Collaborating with the front of house team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We welcome individuals with a strong passion for coffee, customer service, and food.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- A team player mentality with a positive and proactive attitude.
