Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of neighbourhood centres in Perth.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a retail property business that boasts an impressive portfolio of shopping centres all over Perth. Our organisation is well established and backed by two leaders with a combined wealth of knowledge of more than 20 years.

The Centre Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, improving centre performance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of annual business plans and budgets
  • Rent review and leasing support
  • Retailer management and relationship building
  • Analysis of centre performance and identification of areas for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a Retail Manager or Centre Manager
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
