This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Designer, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Digital Twin platform.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and supporting effective delivery capabilities across our organization to implement Optimal Reality and solve challenging client problems.

You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that designs are implemented faithfully and responsively.

You will also lead and facilitate user research sessions, design sprints, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences across web and immersive platforms.
  • Translate complex system models, live data streams, and AI agent outputs into simple, actionable visual interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity mockups, and design specs aligned with user needs and business outcomes.
  • Lead and facilitate user research sessions, design sprints, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and responsively.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design with a portfolio demonstrating data-rich applications or complex system interfaces.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience collaborating within agile product development teams alongside engineers, analysts, and product managers.
