**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Operations Manager to lead our team at our Burnt Bridge shop.

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and mentoring staff and volunteers, and contributing to our community's well-being.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people who share your passion for giving back to the community.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers.
  • Mentor and coach staff and volunteers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage competing priorities, tasks, and expectations to ensure effective store operations.
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote a proactive attitude among team members.

**Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience with a focus on people development and customer service.
  • A strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving results in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
