Lead Proposal Manager\
Job Description:\

The Lead Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the proposal process for bids/pitches and panels, providing coaching/training to partners, lawyers, and BD/marketing professionals on pitch best practice.

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities\
  • Provide training and coaching on all aspects of pitch best practice to ensure high-quality proposals
\
Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work/lead remote teams\
  • Persuasive and diplomatic skills to deal with highly intelligent and demanding clients
\
