Job Role Summary:

A Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in the healthcare sector, collaborating with pharmacists, nurses, and other professionals to deliver exceptional pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Full training will be provided for those without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products efficiently.
  • Manage and monitor stock levels accurately.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Deliver medications to hospital wards promptly.
  • Process sales transactions and assist with account queries professionally.
  • Ensure patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication at all times.
  • Provide valuable support to patients, carers, and hospital staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from the date of employment
  • Experience in an Australian Pharmacy environment is highly valued but not essential
  • Ability to work flexible Monday shifts
