Job Overview

The role of an Inventory Management Coordinator is a vital position in the Merchandising Department, responsible for maximizing product assortment development and maintenance by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This position demands precision in all SKU attributes and descriptions, as well as support for the Merchandising Buying team in daily office functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Weekly update and maintenance of Purchase Order Logs
  • Daily review of Inventory Management Systems to research and resolve discrepancies, price variances, and product quality control issues
  • Vendor Communication and sample management
  • Assortment and Inventory Management, including managing buyer samples and preparing products for Executive-level meetings
  • Collaboration with internal business partners and external vendors to ensure smooth operations

For this role, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with effective problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a metal-free environment when necessary.
