Facilities Operations Leader

The role involves overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. You will manage and mentor a small on-site team, coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

You will be responsible for monitoring budgets, reviewing invoices, and assisting with reporting. Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), environmental, and quality standards is also essential. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate.

Required skills include strong leadership and people management abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Australian citizenship, and proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
