Engineering Leadership Role: Residential Design and Construction Expert

Job DescriptionThis full-time permanent position offers a unique chance to join our growing Housing team and report directly to our National Housing Manager. As a Senior Engineer, your days will be filled with:
- Growing and developing team members to achieve their full potential;
- Establishing, maintaining, and growing client relationships through exceptional technical expertise and communication skills;
- Assisting sales staff in acquiring new business through expert technical input;
- Driving departmental projects, innovations, and improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delivering on departmental/state bottom line targets set by State & National Department Managers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural);
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably with people management experience in a leadership capacity;
- Experience managing workflows successfully and efficiently;
- Thorough knowledge of the residential design and construction process, from untitled land to handover;
- Familiarity with industry standards, including NCC, AS, and other relevant codes;
- The ability to work effectively with CRM systems to optimize processes and systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $120,000 - AUD $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
