Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a customer service attendant at our wellness clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding members through our premium services, and delivering outstanding member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
  • Develop an understanding of our services and programs.
  • Use your service knowledge to guide and recommend clients onto packages, memberships or programs according to their needs.
  • Ensure all areas of the centre are clean and presented to the standard expected.
  • Utilise computer systems to look up member details, process purchases & assist members with their bookings.
  • Perform opening & closing duties in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion to work in the industry of health, fitness & wellness.
