Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Staff Member. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world by providing safe and convenient transportation solutions.

This is a casual role with flexible work hours, allowing you to work regular evenings, nights, and weekends. You will have the ability to choose your own schedule, with shifts available around the clock, including daytime, evening, and overnight, on both weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Driver: You will be responsible for managing our e-scooter fleet, picking up e-scooters across the city, and moving them to high-demand locations. As a driver, you'll sometimes be paired with a ground patroller to support you, and sometimes you'll work independently.
  • Warehouse Technician: You will be responsible for repairing and servicing our e-scooter/e-bike fleet, as well as running regular quality assurance checks to ensure they are functioning properly and safe to ride.
  • Senior Mechanic: You will be responsible for identifying root causes while repairing and servicing our e-scooter fleet, implementing reliable solutions, documenting completed work, and maintaining accurate service records.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Ideal ability to work 20-38 hours per week.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 28-30 kg.
  • A suitable personal smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer).
  • Valid driver's license for Operations Drivers.
  • Mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience for Warehouse Technicians.
  • Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics for Senior Mechanics.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
